Practical Details
Booking and payment
Sessions are booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Packages
Package sessions are intended to be used within an agreed timeframe. This helps maintain continuity and momentum, while allowing flexibility where possible.
Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential and conducted in a respectful, professional manner.
Scope of coaching
Coaching offers reflective support and does not replace therapy, counselling or medical care. If additional support is needed, this can be discussed.
